A few years into practice, Dr. Potvin realized that she wanted her practice structure to be designed differently. Her goal is to help her patients stay on track with their health even when life gets crazy, and making education for health independence the foundation of everything. What manifested was a sharply different practice model than you would typically encounter. If you would like to learn more about Dr. Potvin’s practice, she asks that you:
-Before booking an initial consultation please take the time talk to her over the phone, or come to one of her live talks. Health education is a huge component of her work with practice members, and she is very excited to work with patients that are interested in that philosophy.
-The initial consultation is meant to determine whether the practice model is a good fit for you, and whether Dr. Potvin thinks she can help. You will go through your case and goals together to determine that. She freely admits she isn’t the right doctor for everyone, and she wants to make sure it is a good fit before any time or financial investments are made.
-If it turns out to be a good fit, she will set you up with a curriculum schedule, bloodwork/saliva tests, and a physical exam date.
She looks forward to meeting and connecting with you, and will do everything in her power to help you become independently healthy. All you have to do is bring a strong desire for change and a willingness to learn, and your body will take care of the rest!

Dr. Potvin has also continued to train in the clinical applications of epigenetics, more specifically, SNPs of clinical concern such as MTHFR, COMT, etc. She does singular consultations and lab evaluation for these SNPS, leaving people with new confidence to design an individualized lifestyle with guidance from a personalized report.
